Mr. Weisbrod has litigated in excess of 200 Social Security cases in federal district courts in Texas and Oklahoma, the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. During the time period between 1981 and 1988 (the only period for which statistics are available), Mr. Weisbrod represented the Plaintiff in more than half of all cases involving Social Security law that were filed in Dallas federal courts.
